How do I know if my order is shipped? Where can I find my tracking number?
Once you’ve completed checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status in My Orders.
Is a signature required to receive my package?
All orders will require a signature upon delivery to ensure that orders are delivered accurately and in the right hands. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts.
Within Canada:
Standard shipping (approx. 4-6 business days) is $20 + tax
Express shipping (approx. 2-3 business days) is $45 + tax
Free shipping on orders $400 or more before tax
Within the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii):
Standard shipping (approx. 4-6 business days) is $45 + tax
Express shipping (approx. 2- 3 business days) is $75 + tax
Note that orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient will be responsible for these fees upon or prior to delivery.
Return Policy
We always hope that you will enjoy your purchases with us but if you do change your mind, we have a Buyback Program which enables you to sell your jewellery at any time for its real-time value minus labour fee. Should you wish to sell your item(s), please contact our Customer Service for further instructions.
Buybacks can also be done in-store. Before visiting our store, please read Our Store Safety Guidelines during COVID-19.
Promotional codes that were used will be forfeited. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for own shipping costs for all buybacks.
