Our Commitment to You during COVID-19

Dear valued customers,
With COVID-19 restrictions changing every day by the government, we want to remind you that our store policies remain the same as before.
These practices will be implemented when you visit our store to ensure both customers and staffs' safety:

All customers are required to wear face masks upon entering our store even if you are fully vaccinated, and to be worn for the entire duration in store. Our door will be closed to restrict the number of people entering so please wait outside until we let you in.

All customers are required to sanitize their hands before trying on any jewellery. Once jewellery has been tried on, we will sanitize and clean the pieces before displaying them again.

Help us limit the spread of COVID-19. Please do not enter if you are displaying flu-like symptoms including fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you have traveled anywhere lately, please stay at home and self-isolate for at least 14 days.

We will take extra safety precautions by increasing our store cleaning activities. We will disinfectant and wipe down surfaces and chairs after every customer visit.

We will wear face masks during customer interactions.

We will practice frequent handwashing and use alcohol-based sanitizer after every customer interaction.

We have launched our online site for people who would like to minimize in-person interaction. Please be patient with us as we are trying to expand our online selection. Free in-store pickup is available during the checkout process.
